Berries & Cream Fat Bombs

A yummy alternative to ice cream that is ideal for the kids as a morning, afternoon or after dinner treat!

Makes 31

Prep Time: 10 Min

2 cups frozen mixed berries, defrosted
6 tablespoons butter, softened
220g cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


1. Combine all ingredients in food processor and process until well-combined.
3. Spoon mixture into silicone moulds and freeze for 4 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Remove from freezer, pop fat bombs out of moulds, and enjoy!
5. Store in airtight container in freezer for up to 1 month.
