Chantilly Cream

This Chantilly Cream is the perfect accompaniment to our traditional scones but use it for anything you'd usually add a dollop of cream to. 


2 cups whipping cream
2 tablespoons Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence


  1. Using an electric whisk, whisk the cream in a medium bowl until beginning to thicken.
  2. Add the Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener and vanilla essence and continue whisking until soft peaks form. 
  3. If not using immediately cover and keep in refrigerator and use as required.
