Lower Carb Chocolate Topped Waffle Pops

Welcome to the easiest lower carb snack that everyone can enjoy with just a few ingredients. Ideal for any kids party or sharing over the dinner table.

  • 1 Lakanto Low Carb Pancake Mix 


  • 2-3 Tbsp per waffle - Lakanto Chocolate  Flavoured Topping SHOP NOW
  • 2 tsp banana chips
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds (optional)


  1. Preheat a waffle iron or a non stick waffle machine.
  2. make the batter using the Lakanto Low Carb Pancake Mix, (note for a crunchier waffle add 230mls water or your favourite milk  to the dry mix in the bottle and shake well, this will make a thick batter).
  3. allow the batter to rest for 5 minutes and shake again before using.
  4. pour the batter into the waffle iron and insert your bamboo stick of your choice we used cardboard party straws after we made the waffles and they work really well.
  5.  Lay the cooked waffle on a tray and top with the Lakanto Chocolate Flavoured Topping, pumpkin seeds and banana chips.


  • The smaller the waffle pieces the better, you can also warm the chocolate topping in the microwave for 20-30 seconds and dip the waffle chunks into the topping like a fondue.
