Recipe:
- 1 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener Golden 200g
- 1 ¼ Cups Almond Meal 275g
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5g
- 2 Whole Eggs Whole Raw Regular 100g
- 2 tsp Lemon juice 20g
Method:
- In a blender combine all the ingredients until smooth
- Wrap in Cling Film and store in the fridge for no more than a few days.
