Prep Time: 10 Minutes Prep.

  • 1 Cup Monkfruit Sweetener Golden 200g
  • 1 ¼ Cups Almond Meal 275g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 5g
  • 2 Whole Eggs Whole Raw Regular 100g
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice 20g


  1. In a blender combine all the ingredients until smooth
  2. Wrap in Cling Film and store in the fridge for no more than a few days.
